This handmade ceramic vase is thrown on the potter’s wheel, and then each hand formed diamond shaped “leaf” is affixed one at a time–a process that involves careful planning so the design puzzle works around the entire surface of the piece. The celadon colored glaze is alternately frosted with a golden glaze to create a checkered effect. What a lovely way to bring the feel of a contemporary Tuscan garden into your home!
