These stunning hand painted tiles depict the Tuscan countryside in the brilliant light of all four seasons. A popular theme in Italian art, il quattro stagioni (the four seasons), are artfully rendered in fine detail on these brightly colored hand painted Tuscan roof tiles. Irises or fleur de lis, sunflowers, grapes and olives are used to represent Primavera (Spring), Estate (Summer), Autunno (Autumn) and Inverno (Winter). Also available individually!

PLEASE NOTE: These are original roof tiles truly reclaimed from old Tuscan farm houses and therefore one-of-a-kind. Although the painting will be as pictured and the tile size as stated above, the roof tile itself will surely present chipped corners, cracks and natural distress marking, different from the sample depicted in the picture. These variations are characteristic of the artisan workmanship of this unique product and are not to be considered manufacturing defects.
